Start by stacking center and finding bahamut.

During this tempest wing tank tethers will spawn again. Tanks stand in front of the party to ensure the easiest tether grab. Putting these tethers near other players when they resolve will kill them, do not do this.

(tanks can pop short mit as the 1st part of the quote resolves to gain another use on flatten)
After quotes resolve all players must be in a neurolink. 2 tank in their own and the party in the other by the time Twintania cast Aetheric profusion.
Aetheric profusion is cast based so you are safe to walk out of the neurolink and begin to spread as the cast is completed as it has a lengthy animation.
Top party after spreads as a raidwide will happen shortly after. Tanks make sure to face Bahamut away.
