Reasoning for changes:

Lighting spreads & Fire puddles

Fixed spreads to be better uptime and positions for meeting up after.

Fixed LPs to be fixed so that G2 can be Centre, G1 West river.

Which means making D the new meet up point for baiting twisters instead of North. (since it doens't matter where you start.)

Tower Soaks adjusted to be Melees fly from East to West if its 8 tiles to help with melee uptime post fly.
