as long as players can
recognize them.

Suggestion:

Castle: Heavy armor
Knight: DPS (light/med)
Bishop: Healer / Caster

Queen: Custom
King: Custom

Pawn/soldier: Lala,
or casual outfit.

Coordination:

Both teams need a
captain, who calls
moves.

Teams can discuss
moves in alliance
chat or linkshell.

Team:

2 Rooks (castle)
2 Knights (horse)
2 Bishops
1 Queen
1 King
8 Pawns (soldier)

Knight moves in L shape.
Knight (name) 2 up 1 right

Moves can be called
with coordinates.

Pawn (name) to E3

Checking coordinates
can be slow however,
so teams can agree
on other move calls.

For example, number
of moves + direction.

or 2 teams: 16 players (Carbuncles and bard alts can be pawns)
