Note: For all Harvest mechanics, it will help by pre-splitting into role groups so you can see the tethers easier. T/H E, DPS W.
1. Before you spread to your spots, use heavy mitigations and shields. Alternatively, you can forego this and just use Tank LB3.
2. Watch tethers and identify what you have.
3. Dog tethers go to your spots and spread normally.
4. If you are tethered to north cow, stretch your tether as far as you can. by the North bird. If you are tethered to the non-north cow, do the same by the south bird. If you have birds, scoot to the edge to dodge the cow's cones and ready to surecast.
NOTE: If you are tethered to a cow, your proximity tether will NOT stretch all the way to turn solid, dark purple. This is OK! With enough mit, you will survive - don't get spooked out. With Tank LB, it doesn't even break your shields.
5. Surecast if you're by a bird. Tank LB3 if you want for safety.
**note - on step 4, the DRG can scoot North for uptime if there is enough mit.
