This is just a personal raid plan I made for my small/private server. As a PF warrior myself, I know your struggle. I tried to find the spots that made the most sense for everyone in party finder.
Unfortunately, there are some mechs that force a melee (M1) to be north. I did my best to accommodate positionals but in these cases, saving True North will be your best bet.
I didn't want to overwhelm you with visual clutter, so I named this the "simple plan." Please enjoy! I'm open to feedback to making this better; let me know if you'd like to see one for M6S!

UPDATE 04/03 0500 EDT: I have read your struggles and found a reliable strategy for melees/tanks to find their correct spotlight. Check slide #5 for the solution.
I've also added a line that clearly divides the north half from the south half.
There is more than one way to find the spot, but I hope this gives you an alternative.
On slide #10, I updated to be more clear about MT's responsibility to pull the boss between safe spots. The strat did not change, just edited for clarity. This provides full uptime. Reminder, the boss hitbox occupies 4 tiles.
I also updated the boss hitbox on each slide to be more visually accurate.

MINOR UPDATE 04/02 1900 EDT: I'm seeing "Uptime Waves" as a possible variation for Ride the Wave. My strategy shown on slide 10 also provides full melee uptime with slight boss movement, but minimizes the risk of clipping between melees/tanks. However, I'll still keep an eye on additional feedback and see what PF settles on as they become more familiar with the raid.
I am hoping you will be able to clear M5S regardless of the strategy used! If this helps even just one group succeed, I'll be more than happy. Thanks everyone!
