Regarding Harrowing Hell:
The three players who soak the middle web will need to be freed, and then will to move down to replace the three webs at the south markers.
After webs are dropped, party moves North, with tanks in front for a knockback and multiple raidwides. Heavy mitigation and heals needed, tank LB3 preferred.
