1) Gather center to mitigate+heal up after cast, debuffs go out
2) Ice call east/west to start, others call east/west afterward
3) Find the yellow hourglass. this is "north". find the hourglasses with purple tethers, this is what the tank/gazepeople will bait at the end.
4) Ices bait E/W hourglasses south, fires go straight south. If it's fire first they will spread apart to not overlap, if it's ice first they can just stack together no problem.
5) Everyone stand on marker north of boss while Waters bait next lasers (position is the same every time regardless of which hourglasses are tethered). Gazes go off. Gazes stand just outside of the marker and put on Mighty Guard for the coming knockback.
6) Gaze players bait blue tether beams while everyone stacks center. If fire hasn't gone off yet, they will be instead be E/W of center (see slide 6)
7) Everyone goes tossed around and stuff resolves
