This was how our group handled the first puddles in P5S, courtesy of our Sage Aralania B'nargin - Faerie.
For this Strat, we assign clock spots to each player, with Tanks/Melees at inner Cardinals and Ranged/Healers at Intercards.
The puddles always targeted 2 Intercards and 2 Cardinals. If a player had a puddle, they stayed put. If a player did not have a puddle, they went to the adjacent card/intercard that did, prioritizing rotating Clockwise and keeping to Melee and Ranged groups.
In the first example, the DPS at 3 rotates to 4, the healer at 2 rotates to 1, the Tank at A moves to B and the DPS at D moved to C.
In the second example, the healer at 2 would go to 3 and the healer at 4 moving to 1, prioritizing CW movement. Same goes for the DPS at D moving to A and the DPS at B moving to C.
